who are living with serious illnesses. Anyone can make a referral,
including a parent or guardian, family member, friend, medical
professional, or the child themselves.

living in the Lehigh Valley area.
Ages
Dreams are available to children
between the ages of 4 and 17.
Eligibility
A life-threatening illness or an illness
that significantly impacts daily life.
Anyone Can Refer a Child
You don’t have to be a parent or medical professional.
A family member, friend, teacher, caregiver, medical professional,
or even the child themselves can start a referral.
